Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HOFF sneakers, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the sneakers in their original HOFF box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
